During her own path to becoming a mother, Founder Alysia had the extraordinary fortune of working with Lori Bregman, a renowned doula whose expert guidance proved invaluable. Lori’s support extended beyond pregnancy and birth, helping Alysia navigate her fertility journey and her early experiences as a new mom with confidence.

Recognizing the profound impact Lori had on her life, Alysia knew this level of care and compassion shouldn’t be a luxury—it should be accessible to every woman. Inspired by this belief, Alysia founded Pregga and brought Lori on board as the Co-founder and Chief Doula Officer. Lori’s unmatched expertise, compassion, and leadership have shaped Pregga into a trusted resource for women everywhere.
