Lori Bregman is a renowned doula, life coach, and author with over 20 years of experience supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As Co-Founder and Chief Doula Officer of Pregga, Lori brings her holistic, intuitive approach to maternal care, ensuring that every woman has access to the guidance, support, and reassurance she needs throughout her motherhood journey.
Blending spiritual coaching, healing practices, and deep intuition, Lori has helped countless mothers feel empowered, connected, and confident in their choices. Her passion for redefining maternal care through accessibility and emotional well-being is at the heart of Pregga, making expert doula support available anytime, anywhere. Whether guiding women through fertility struggles, birth preparation, or postpartum transitions, Lori is dedicated to helping mothers thrive—mind, body, and soul.
Alysia Ward

Alysia Ward is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and marketing leader with over 16 years of experience in digital strategy, brand growth, and startup innovation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Pregga, she combines her expertise in web design, demand generation, and omnichannel integration to create a platform that revolutionizes access to on-demand doula support.
With six years of experience collaborating with holistic birth workers, Alysia has developed a deep understanding of maternal care and the importance of empowering women through every stage of motherhood. Her passion for bridging the gap between technology and personalized care drives Pregga’s mission to provide modern mothers with the guidance, confidence, and support they deserve. Through strategic marketing and thoughtful user experiences, Alysia is dedicated to ensuring that every woman has access to a birth and postpartum journey that feels informed, supported, and uniquely her own.




Katharine Deeb
Co-Founder
Katharine Deeb is a highly experienced birth doula, educator, and mentor who has been serving birthing families since 2009. As a Co-Founder of Pregga, she brings a deep passion for informed consent, human rights in childbirth, and protecting the sacred space of birth. With DONA training, dual certification, and a lifetime certification with Carriage House Birth, Katharine is dedicated to ensuring that all birthing individuals—regardless of identity or family structure—receive the compassionate, informed support they deserve.
After many years working with families in Los Angeles, Katharine relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2022 to be closer to family while continuing her mission of guiding expectant parents. She believes in empowering women with knowledge, flexibility, and trust in their instinctual wisdom—helping them make confident, informed choices about their birth experience. At Pregga, Katharine is committed to expanding access to expert doula care, ensuring that every woman has the support and advocacy needed to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence.
Carly Matsik
Co-Founder
Carly is a dedicated birth and postpartum advocate with a passion for empowering women through every stage of motherhood. With a Master’s degree in the sciences and a deep love for learning, Carly’s journey into birth work was a natural evolution of her academic background and personal experiences.
After training as a birth doula, Carly worked closely with her mentor, Lori Bregman, for nearly five years, supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Her personal transition into motherhood with the birth of her son, Arlo, deepened her understanding of the journey firsthand. Carly’s breastfeeding experience ignited a profound passion for lactation support, leading her to advocate for breastfeeding protection, education, and empowerment.
As a Co-Founder of Pregga, Carly is committed to ensuring women have access to the knowledge, resources, and compassionate care they need—whether it’s through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or their breastfeeding journey.
